Mraz Motorsport provides a comprehensive car service for passenger cars in Rynoltice, in the Liberec Region. We specialise in DPF cleaning without removal, engine and gearbox repairs (including DSG), chassis and brake repairs, tyre services, diagnostics and vehicle electrics, air-conditioning servicing, as well as a breakdown and assistance service. We handle everything with an emphasis on reliability, precision and practical advice.
A clogged diesel particulate filter does not have to mean complicated removal straight away. We clean the DPF directly on the vehicle, with no need to take the filter out. This saves the time the car would spend in the workshop, as well as the cost of removing and refitting the filter. We will assess the condition of the vehicle and propose a sensible course of action.
We handle engine and gearbox faults from initial diagnostics right through to the repair itself. For engines, we have our own facilities with specialised equipment for dismantling, inspection and reassembly; for automatic gearboxes, we carry out diagnostics; and for DSG, we draw on our many years of experience and expertise. We will propose a sensible repair plan based on the condition of the vehicle and agree on the next steps.
We carry out diagnostics and repairs to the chassis for issues such as uneven tyre wear, play in the axles, vibrations or knocking in the steering wheel. We carry out inspections and replacements of chassis components according to the condition of the vehicle – typically shock absorbers, springs, upper mountings, joints/pins – and propose a sensible repair plan. Following any work on the chassis, we will also recommend follow-up measures to ensure the car has the correct handling characteristics and that the tyres wear evenly.
We provide servicing and maintenance of the braking system – from caring for brake pads and contact surfaces to checking the condition of the discs, including the typical ‘edge’ that appears as they wear. An important part of this is also checking the brake fluid lines and rubber components, which age over time. We recommend changing the brake fluid at least once every two years.
We provide tyre services ranging from puncture repairs to tyre changes and wheel balancing, which helps prevent vibrations in the steering wheel and bodywork. We can also professionally repair and straighten warped rims damaged by potholes or normal wear and tear.
We carry out fault diagnostics using diagnostic equipment (reading data from control units) as well as mechanical diagnostics through visual and manual checks. For electrical faults, we resolve issues with wiring harnesses, including locating and repairing broken wires; for faults directly within the control units, we use an external specialist workshop and reinstall the unit in the vehicle once repaired.
We provide air conditioning servicing, including functional checks, refrigerant charging/topping up and, where necessary, leak detection. To ensure clean air inside the vehicle, we also offer evaporator disinfection and cabin filter replacement. If the air conditioning is not cooling, smells unpleasant or is underperforming, we will propose a suitable solution.
In the event of a breakdown, we can come out to help with diagnostics and, if the situation allows, resolve the fault on the spot. We also offer vehicle transport by breakdown service – either to our workshop or, by arrangement, to another location anywhere in the Liberec Region.
We offer the hire of proven rally cars (Škoda Fabia R5, Opel Adam Cup), as well as their preparation and maintenance. We work with teams and individual drivers alike and, by arrangement, can also provide servicing support during races so that the driver can focus on their performance.
We carry out post-crash repairs, ranging from minor repairs to the replacement of damaged parts of the axle suspension.
We can handle minor bodywork and technical repairs in-house; for more extensive bodywork repairs, we work with trusted external workshops. We always propose a repair plan based on the car’s condition and agree on the most suitable solution.
We carry out paintwork in collaboration with a long-standing, trusted external workshop.
We prepare the job here, agree on the procedure and ensure a seamless handover to the paint shop so that everything runs smoothly. This means you have a single point of contact and a clearly agreed process.
Whilst your car is being serviced with us, you can use a courtesy car so that the repair does not restrict you in any way. We offer a range of vehicle classes and, by arrangement, longer-term hire is also possible.
The car hire service is primarily for our service customers, but it can also be used independently.
Before the MOT, we’ll inspect your car and assess whether it has a realistic chance of passing without any issues.
If we find any faults, we’ll recommend and arrange the necessary repairs before the test. We’ll then take the car to the MOT test centre and bring it back once it’s been passed.
We’ll help with the paperwork involved in purchasing a car – particularly with the transfer of ownership and related procedures. You’ll save time at the authorities and can be sure that the process is handled correctly. We’ll discuss with you what documents need to be provided and take care of the rest.
